No, this is not possible as all ticket sales are final. A ticket purchaser cannot cancel a purchase or return any tickets for any reason after FIFA Ticketing has successfully processed payment for the ticket(s), including for any reasons beyond the control of the ticket purchaser. If you or any of your guest(s) cannot attend a match, you may put some or all your tickets up for resale on the FIFA Official Resale Platform.
The resale period will take place from 21 November at 15:00 in Doha until 1 hour prior to the kick off of each individual match. Original ticket purchasers will be able to resell ticket(s) through their FIFA Ticketing account accessible at FIFA.com/tickets, subject to the applicable conditions stated in the General Public Ticket Resale Policy available at FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets submitted to the Resale Platform that have not been successfully resold 1 hour prior to the kick-off of each individual match will remain available to the original ticket purchaser in their ticketing account.
Please note that FIFA Ticketing makes no guarantee that any ticket submitted to the Resale Platform will be successfully resold. FIFA Ticketing will determine in its sole discretion when a ticket submitted to the Resale Platform by an original ticket purchaser is ultimately posted on the Resale Platform for potential sale to a resale ticket purchaser. FIFA Ticketing is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by an original ticket purchaser resulting from their ticket not being successfully resold on the Resale Platform.
