You can purchase tickets through the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform from 21 of November at 15:00 in Doha until 1 hour prior to the kick-off of each individual match, subject to availability and household restrictions.
If you are interested in purchasing any ticket(s) available through the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform, please follow these steps:
If you already have a FIFA Ticketing Account:
- Log into the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform where you will be redirected to the “Match selection” page.
- Choose the match of your preference.
- Click on your desired category.
- “SELECT” your preferred ticket(s) based on their block, row and seat.
- Scroll down and click on “ADD TO CART”.
- You will see a summary of the tickets that have been added to your cart.
- Click on “BUY NOW”.
- A global summary will show you the tickets selected, the delivery method, the resale fee applied, the billing address and the payment. Tick the box to accept the legal documents and then “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”
- Once the tickets are paid for, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your ticket purchase.
- If you are creating a FIFA ticketing account for the first time:
- To create a FIFA ticketing account, go to FIFA.com/tickets and click on the “Sign-Up” button. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your personal details, choose a secure password, and agree to the terms and conditions. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your account.
- Once you access your account, please add the missing profile information, click on “SAVE”.
- You will be redirected to “My homepage”
- Click on “BUY TICKETS” on the top right-hand side of the screen and then please follow the steps above.
