The original ticket purchaser may withdraw a ticket from the Resale Platform at any time prior to the ticket being resold or until 60 minutes before the kick-off of the respective match.
To do so, please follow the steps listed below:
- Visit the Resale Platform or your FIFA Ticketing Account.
- Log-in and click on your name on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Click "My Tickets" from the menu on the right-hand side.
- Select "REMOVE FROM RESALE" next to the ticket(s) you wish to withdraw.
