If your guest can no longer attend the match for which you sent them the tickets, they can return the tickets to you as the main ticket purchaser. To do this, the guest must click “Return ticket” and follow the instructions provided in the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024™ app. Please note that guests can only return tickets to the main ticket purchaser.
Once the tickets are back in the main ticket purchaser's account, they can “Send your ticket(s)” to a new guest.
