As the ticket purchaser, you can only cancel tickets that are still in pending status. To do this, go to the “Pending” section in your account on the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024™ app, located under the “Transactions” section.
If the ticket(s) have been successfully sent and downloaded by the guest, they will disappear from your list of available tickets and appear in the “Completed” section. At that point, the ticket sharing cannot be cancelled or undone.
