Guests do not need to download the official FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024™ app if they enter the stadium with you as the main ticket purchaser. They can access their tickets through your account, provided you have not transferred the tickets to them.
We strongly encourage you (the ticket purchaser) to send the ticket(s) to your guests to facilitate their entry and avoid any inconvenience on match day. They will receive a notification once the mobile ticket has been sent, inviting them to download the app and providing instructions on how to register and access their mobile ticket.
If you choose to keep all the tickets on your phone, please be aware that you and your guest(s) must enter the stadium together as a group.
Please note that ticket holders must be at least 16 years old to register for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024™ app.
