If you do not receive a ticket confirmation or any other notification from FIFA Ticketing by the specified deadline, please check your spam or bulk email folder. You may also add noreply@tickets.fifa.org to your list of permitted email addresses under your contacts prior to registration. If you still cannot find a notification, it is possible that you entered another email address in your ticket purchase.
Ticket purchasers can also check the status of their ticket purchases in their ticketing account at FIFA.com/tickets, except during pre-planned maintenance windows.
