If you have forgotten your password or need to amend it, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address
- Click on the “Send verification code” button, and a verification code will be sent to the email address you entered
- Please enter the verification code in the box and click on “Verify code”
- Once your email address has been verified, select “Continue”
- Enter a new password and then click on “Continue”
After following the steps above, your password will be updated. If you do not receive an email with the verification code, please check your spam/junk folder and the settings for your email account. Please always remember any changes you make to your account.
